Focus on training that builds skills AI can’t easily replicate, like critical thinking and creative problem-solving. At the same time, offer training on the processes that are changing and how employees can use the tools to make their daily lives easier.
Implementing robust training is a big task, as the World Economic Forum suggests half of all employees will need reskilling by 2025 due to new technology.
